This concert took place at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, on May 18th 1990 and was aired on Japanese television in full, spliced with commercials Janet had filmed for Japan Airlines.

Akina Nakamori, one of the most famous and top selling artists in Japan, also attended the concert along with a sold-out crowd of 50,000.
